It is not a pill, it is a liquid, you put a few drops under your tongue. It is available at any health food store in the homeopathic section. It really works!
Chamomille & Lavender pills are also good for reducing anxiety and can be used for children. Just be sure you are not allergic to any plant in the ragweed family before using anything containing Chamomille. including tea. If you have sesonal allergies to ragweed, Chamomille can cause the same symptoms...they are related.
Deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation are also very helpful; especially if the anxiety is in an acute stage.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

I know you're looking for a supplement, but you may want to consider some relaxation techniques to calm your mind. I'd recommend a Swedish massage, but you may also see how meditation or yoga works for you. This not only works short term, but by actually BEING calm (during the massage) you're teaching your brain HOW to be calm. It will spill over into your every day life.
