I've heard that I'm travelling through time every second.

Keep it low and it's TimeTravel as they turned it into a word.
I am astrophysicist, librarian (archiver) and the best
believable experience/theory is;
My own:
Time = Mass (divided by) Weight x Gravity.
Mass + Gravity = Weight as the weight of the mass on
the fifth dimensional brane (sheet of universe (like paper)).
Causes the brane to fold or vortex in, within the mass space
of the object.
Causing the object to draft inwards creating gravity.
Now, if the mass gets heavier (like a star does by fusing into
heavier atoms) then the object will fall into itself forming
a vortex or black-hole.
Fifth dimensional space folds as vortex to the spot.
Six dimensional space folds the brane (even though
it's folded (cannot be explained in 2D/3D/4D).
Giving a tunnel through a hill effect.
It not just tunnels through space to join the another place in
the universe brane or a different brane (different universe),
but time!
If an object moves fast enough, it can create a strong
enough gravity field (or generated by magnetism or alike)
to pass into it's mass' vortex.
The faster the shift the more further into the past.
You require a fridge to get to the future.
My personal experiences are:
On the London tube, it usually takes an hour or so to get to
the other side of London, but one time it went quicker.
I think I fell a sleep without realising!

The Outlander books have the most believable accounts of time travel that i have ever found. According to the author, the ancient stone circles that you find scattered all around the world, like Craig Nu Dunh in Scotland, are time portals. But only people born with the specific genetics can do it. Like people born with the physic ability. And its not like you can go to any time, any place. It's in a constant 200 year flow. 2007=1807. And It nearly rips you apart when you go through, so its not a pleasant experience.
Awesome books. I can't hardly wait for #7.

The government has time machines and has used them to plant documents to make us believe in what they want us to believe in. They also tried to go into the future but couldn't make it past 2015. And when they did succeed they found that there was no one here. The theory on that is, we are about to enter the age of enlightenment after the earth shifts in the very near future. Beings from other civilizations are going to help us and we will live in the 4th dimesion, which is why the govenment didn't see anyone here in 2015.

I've heard of hypnotists putting people in some kind of trance and taking them back to precise moments in time in their lives. Where they can recall experiences with great precision. Almost like they were there again.
As far as the future, I believe in certain God-given visions that people have had. Where they see things as they eventually will happen. And then they do. It's freaky-true stuff.

I cannot remember where he was from, but I read somewhere, that a man walking down a street in some European country, going to work, suddenly found himself in Chili! somewhere in one of the Suburbs! He freaked out and the authorities found a newspaper in his back pocket with that days date on it! and it was in the language of the Country he said he had come from! Strange!
