Conan has definitely gotten funnier. Remember when he first started? He sucked, I thought. I tuned in because I liked Andy Richter, and basically quit watching for a long while when he left the show. I don't think anyone was funnier than Johnny Carson. He was the king! He could do funny things without really meaning to, and he had great timing and could read situations with guests well. I think it certainly helped that guests came and then stayed on the show, moving down the couch as new ones came. I wish that would happen again--funny stuff seemed to always happen. I sure miss Johnny.

No, Johnny was, is, and will always be funnier. Or maybe I just don't get Conans type of "humor"

I like them both, but I think they are both funny in their own time. Johnny was good in his time, just as Conan is in his.

Aw, HELL NO! He isn't even as funny as Jay Leno. The Tonight Show is gonna SUCK when he takes over in a few years.
