I was a smoker, but I quit (Hoorah hooray), and then I told myself if I wanted to drink, I could do that instead, which I did, but, then I had to quit drinking... (Which I mostly did, but probably never quite ever will, including sometimes lighting up.
My worst habit all around, though, is eating. I simply eat way more than I should. To be my proper weight, though, requires a highly disciplined lifestyle of early morning exercising, and eating low fat healthy veggies etc, and no beer, etc. No room for bad habits, period, but I have plenty, like leaving a dirty bathroom and siting by the computer too much.

Smoking and biting my nails. I quit smoking when I was pregnant with my son, but after 2 sleepless months, I started up again : (
I've tried getting my nails done (acrylics) so I could let my real nails grow underneath. But after a few weeks, I found a way to bite off my real nails from underneath the acrylics! LOL!
Oh, and talking with my hands. My whole family does it (we're Italian). My mom had me sit on my hands and try to tell story, and I couldn't do it! I kept losing my train of thought.

I'm sometimes a bit overprotective of people I care about . I'm mostly referring to my children and striking a balance of my protective habits as a parent and also not wanting to stifle there learning some things on there own .

My worst habit is chewing the fingernails of other people. It really annoys them.

Fixing my clothes in front of others. For example, I tend to forget people are around me, like when my slip gets stuck to my legs, and I pull it out, and start fixing my slip, or skirt. When I'm done I notice people are staring at me. Boy does my husband hate when I do this in public.

I slouch when sitting at my computer.
I wish I could sit straight, I tried...but I always end up slouching to the point of getting neck pain and back pain and ugly posture.

Taking the clean laundry and laying it out on the bed and then putting off hanging/folding it till it's either bed time or time to sleep on the couch instead. :-)
