just do lots of exercises and eat right and wait it out when you get older you will fair out

Dude I'm 13 to and you just need to do 20 push-ups a day when you get up in the morning and 20 before you go to bed and if you can lift waits for 10min a day but don't just bench press you need to lift dumb bells and do pull ups and stuff and you will get a lot stronger that's what i did

Wow aren't you too young to be that muscular? Anyway, since you have the muscles, you have to work on you STAMINA. Jog every morning and swim. Swimming increases your lung capacity. Do not smoke, drink liquor and get enough sleep or rest. Avoid steroids and other drugs that are not recommended by your doctor. Drink water as often as possible even if not thirsty. Right diet is also important.

I think your body reacts to weight at a certain age limit back then when i was 15 my body didn't let me get past 230 but now im at 260 this year i guess you've platued

well hottie(lol) i would try to get pills that help u get stronger not like steroids though. U can get stuff over the counter or ask ur doctor
