Getting sober. It's been more than 20 years now.
Everything else has followed from that -- including getting my masters degree and making a major career change.
I now have peace with myself and with my past. That's priceless.

Awesome question.. you know I've survived over 30 surgeries for assorted ailment, finished school, great 6 figure job, nice house, loving wife and many many more wonderful life accomplishments but by far, hands down my greatest accomplishment was the day my two beautiful daughters were born. Wow what a feeling watching a life come into this world and know that you created it.

I don't know if it's the most important thing...but the thing I'm the most proud of was getting my college degree at age 40... a double degree (finance and marketing) with honors.

The most important thing that I have accomplished in life was making the decesion to further my edcation by enrollling in college

I haven't accomplished it full circle yet, but I'm right now learning how to live before I die, not just survive. The hand-to-mouth thing just doesn't cut it, there's got to be a better way, and I intend to keep working toward that "something better" thing. ;)

acknowlege other people's feelings. I used to be mean. My friend whom I met last year did and said something that made me cry for a year and cried because I know I was wrong.

I think for me it's having found Inner peace and self acceptance.
Once that's in place everything else seems to follow.
