All the time. I work at a history theme park, wearing period clothing. I've never worn shoes there. I've also worked at an internet helpdesk, and I've done a few temp jobs in winter season, simple stuff like packing products and the like. I've been barefoot at all of these, including the job interviews.

Yes, I work barefoot all the time. I love the feeling of comfort and freedom when I'm barefoot so I do it all the time. There is a site listed below filled with barefooters from all over the world. Check them out - Its great.

Unless you are a lifeguard, most other jobs require footwear. To corrupt a phrase "no shoes, no shirt, no job".
