go to an area around ft dix nj and start talking to some soldiers its pretty easy for a soldier to lose an id card and get a new one made easily,u might have to pay 50-100 bucks to a femals soldier who resmbles you but thats the easiest way when u try and get a friends id u will have a dup on the liscence and alot of bars do not like to seve young people with a dup on it.
