Happiness is then this: To walk in the knowlegde of God's love for you and His desire for you to share in the Kingdom with all of it's blessings.

Happiness comes from the secretion of natural pain-killers that our brain produces called endorphins. Some people call it Happiness and some call it euphoria. Too much happiness is not good and is called mania as in maniac. Beware of the "Happy Monsters."

Happiness is an attitude of the heart.
It tells you that life has good times and bad times, and gives you courage to go through the difficult ones so you can enjoy the good ones. It also comes from recognizing what you can change in your life, and understanding that some things are not in your power to change.
Most of all, happiness comes from learning to be content with who you are and what you have.
