To meet privately for 15 minutes with George W. Bush what would you say to him to better our country?

Fire Karl Rove and ask Cheney to resign. Start listening to the people that those two have cut you off from for the last 6 years. While you are at it, listen to the people, even the ones that did not vote for you.

Decide to either increase government spending or cut taxes, but stop doing both as you are mortgaging our future.

Stop advocating injustice to pander to the far right, and start leading. You have nothing left to lose. The current immigration initiative is a good start.

Please give me a grant and I'll develop a gasoline engine that doesn't need oil to lubricate it.

Subsidize cement manufacturers to make more driveways out of cement instead of tar (oil based.)

Don't subsidize ethanol for an alternative fuel since it costs far more oil consumption to make it and it lacks the pure power regular fuel already has.

...Said that to my congressman and the fool never got back to me. He lost his seat in the House too... lol

Of course at the time I didn't ask him for a grant either because I thought the idiot had a head on his shoulders and instead opted to breed his entire campaign on ethanol usage.

Moron.

Honestly... I'd say **** you and walk away. The man is an embarrassment to nature, let alone the United States.

And besides, 15 minutes isn't enough time to tell him and teach him what his mistakes are and how to fix them. I don't know if 15 years is enough time.

What would I say? Something along the lines of "Sir, Mr. President , I want to meet with you and your staff about many things, is tomorrow free? I need twenty four hours of your time."

To help the working poor and provide them with a decent minimum wage and health insurance. To help lower the gasoline prices. To fight hunger and unemployment in the US.
