If you do a Yahoo search on "female breast structure", the #1 website is "Slide Show Female breast anatomy-Mayo Clinic.com.". This will explain most things about the breast with drawings of internal breast structures.
The thing it does not say, and most of the other answers do not say, is that the milk ducts and milk producing lobules are not in the breast until a woman's first pregnancy. During pregnancy, the huge increase in estrogen causes the milk ducts and lobules to form.
Before a woman's first pregnancy, her breasts consist mostly of fat. There are muscles underneath the breasts called the pectoral muscles, but these are not actually part of the breast.
I hope this helps.

Breasts begin developing in the embryo about 7 to 8 weeks after conception.
Their are unrecognizable at this stage consisting only of a thickening or ridge of tissue.
From weeks 12 to 16, the various sub-components become more defined.
Tiny groupings of cells begin to branch out laying the foundation for future ducts and milk producing glands.
Other tissues develop into muscle cells which will form the nipple ( the protruding point of the breast ) and areola ( the darkened tissue surrounding the nipple ).
The mature female breast is composed of essentially four structures: lobules or glands; milk ducts; fat and connective tissue.
