You'll need a webmaster to set up a website, buy the domain name of your business ie. mynewbusiness.com promote your products with adds & photos.
Then you will need to set up a way to transfer funds such as a Pay Pal account so people can buy online and a whole lot more.... it takes a lot to start a business.
I am a webmaster for a missing persons website so I know from experience the hassle it takes and belive me.. as is anything.. you gotta pay a lot of money for a professional website.

1.find a product or list of products that interest you, or eventually you will become burnt out
2. find a source to purchase this item at a reasonable price, so you can then mark the price up slightly more, BUT still a reasonable price so you can make a profit (search online for wholesale dealers)
3. look for a webpage designer or domain renter. I think Yahoo offers something like this
4. when designing your online store page, make sure that its theme deals with what your selling. Plus make sure to have key specific keywords in your page name making it easier for people to find your site when typing in keywords looking for the product(s) your selling
