Congratulation on your coming event.
There does not appear to be any literature regarding danger to you while pregnant. To be on the safe side I would not deal with the poo or urine clean up. The fumes are the danger here,in the form of allergy.
I would not let the rabbit near your infant until he/she is one year or older.
Rabbits have very blunt eye sight, but a very sensitive smell. if the rabbit does not like an odor on the baby it could sense danger and bite or scratch the infant. Like wise it might consider the smell as a food source and bite too.
Better to be safe, there is a lot of time in the future, to get them together.

I have never heard anything like that. Unless you or the baby is allergic to the rabbit then it shouldnt be harmful to the baby.

rabbits themselves aren't harmful during pregnancy. however, when/if they get flees, you have to put medicine on them from time to time. there have been no studies stating that the medicine will be harmful to you and the baby but it is something to think about. also, when your baby is born, you're not sure (god forbid) if he/she will be allergic to pet hair.

i would check online, you know that cats have that toxplasmosis or whatever its called in feces. If your that worried, I would just have someone else clean the cage, the rabbit ITSELF cant harm you or the baby

I don't think they should pose a threat to your health.
