Who say's they don't. Sqeaky and Porky were helping me move furniture the other day, and Porky was doubled over. He couldn't talk to tell me what was wrong, but I can only guess an inguinal hernia had him sqealing.

Pigs DO develop inguinal hernias. See the site below for why they're a problem

They are quadrupeds.

I yield the place of answer to kt. Guess I was totally wrong, pigs do get inguinal hernias.

they have intra abdominal testis so they cannot devlop inguinal hernias.like many otheer quadripeds like camels,elephant,etc.
inguinal hernia devlop due to tearing of scrotal tissue and bulging of the small intestine into the scrotum.
