Those that hate others are more than likely to despise themselves. It's really that simple.
They're unhappy in their life, with their life, both with their present state and likely future. So, instead taking the actual positive steps (like getting a better education, better job training, using their money more wisely, etc.) to improve their own lot in life many take the easy way out and place the blame on everyone else, from minorities to the government, etc., from any outside source they can easily use as a scrape goat.
Racial discrimination is simply a by-product and easy excuse.

Let me break it down for you.Its obvious that those particular white people are doing it because they are racists and also envious. Envious because black people are starting to establish themselves in this world, meaning were making moves. I know white people like to think they own sh*t, which in a way they do, but it doesn't mean they own us and how we should live our lives. They basically own everything in this world and now they throw a sh*t fit about networks dedicated to celebrating our culture. Please give me a break. Well to be honest BET is not what it used to be and is in dire need of some change. Everything on TV is kind of whitewashed . I mean seriously when was the last time you seen a black guy on a popular tv show. Days are long gone since the Cosby show or family matters. They control the media as well and you notice there is usually always bad news when it comes to black people more so than good. That pisses me off because its like their intentionally trying put black people everywhere in one group and make it seem like we all act like that. Those activities that they show are also rare and don't happen all the time. They criticize us then they want to make friends and dress and act like us. Next thing you know they probably talk about you behind your back saying all kind of racial slurs. This is why I don't trust or have many white friends because I am very cautious about their motives or if their genuine. Also its okay for them to criticizes us and say all kinds of racial slurs, but when we reverse that sh*t on them then all of sudden its a problem. They truly are the definition of hypocrites. My message to you is to keep your head up and focus on doing you and know that there are haters out there, so let them hate. Peace and One love!

When we were primitives, a stranger was competition for food. So the stranger became a potential enemy.
Our forebrains may have grown over time, but we still retain our fear of the stranger in our hindbrains.
Few people practice thinking with their forebrains until it becomes habit.
As for racial discrimination - We wrongly concentrate on what makes people different from us rather than how like us they really are.
We ARE getting better at this BTW. Most young people today associate the word "apartheid" with South Africa.
When I was young, "apartheid" was Alabama.
We have at least come that far.

Multi-culturalism has taken all the meaning out of the word "hate." It used to be that "hate" would inflame one to the point of violence. Hurting - inflicting extreme pain, even death -- someone was a viable course of action if one "hated" another. That kind of passionate "hatred" is not common. But this is not addressing your real question. One of the first cases of police brutality to be video-taped involved a man named Rodney King. He was guilty as heck and scared the police officers to the point where they beat him near-senseless trying to get him to submit to the arrest procedure. His famous question - "C-c-can't we all just get along?" reverberated through all of America. The answer, sadly, is definitively, "No."
The human animal is not rational. Rationality is learned, and that's the reason parents get so "hateful" about the perceived poor education of their children. When you are a parent, you see firsthand how destructive decisions based on one's emotional needs can be. Guilt, jealousy, want, fear, among other negative emotional realities, (all of which scream "Me, Me, Me!) will bring you, yes you Seth, to do things you never thought you were capable of. And it also makes you very malleable. You are constantly being manipulated by those who understand your emotional needs. To paraphrase the Wizard of Oz, "These days we call these people...advertisers!" The human animal will in almost all cases make its decisions emotionally, and back its decision with a rational argument.
Every act taken out of racial bias (not discrimination) happens for an emotional reason. It's not always a bad thing, though. You DO want to discriminate against those who actually WANT to harm you, right?

Try and look up articles on the village mentality. Remember that it was not that long ago that we were living a village existence. Everyone in the village had a function and had to do things. People outside the village were seen as bad because they could exist outside the structure. Sometimes hatred is a bit like that. If someone is different to us they must be bad.

You cannot group them into one category. But mainly it is because of the way they were brought up by their parents.
Parents are the ones that shape your outlook on life. If you have tolerant parents so to will you be tolerant etc....

Its not that they hate each other, they don't Respect each other and they forget what they really are first, they're human beings. When all men respect each other they'll learn from each other. One man is not greater then another, one culture is not greater then another, one country is not greater then another. All things great & small have things they can learn from each other & share with each other. When men stop thinking like men then people can learn & share with each other....

I think Martin Luther King said it best:
"Men often hate each other because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don't know each other; they don't know each other because they can not communicate; they can not communicate because they are separated."
