yes the pubocoxigeal muscle is the main muscle controling both, besides the sphincster valves respectively.

Yes... I beleive you can, haven't you had a morning when you wake up ready to explode (not in that way) and then you go visit the white porcelian bowl and everything empties out of you. before you know it you feel like the king of the world and are ready to start your day...not before a shower of course.
