Either, but if you do wear leather pants please don't tuck them in unless you want to look like one of the guys on that movie Zoolander. If you wear straight legged jeans you could tuck them in and if the legs are much wider then just wear them out. Also depends on what type of boots. High heeled boots look good if they are out and lower, but if you are wearing high boots tuck in.

im a huge fan of tucking in..espcially if the boots are really cute and u want to show them off...boots can get a bit hidden under jeans...show them off and tuck them in!!!

Unless it's a uniform (military, etc) always wear boots INSIDE of pant legs.

sure you will desire to, yet you will desire to locate that uncomfortable with the extra advantageous denim rubbing around on your boots. %. a skirt or something else to alter into in case you hit upon it it traumatic.
