Im looking for a really great, uplifting and inspirational book for teenagers. I'm really interested in finding a book that I can't put down and is meaningful.

well I have a few favorites that inspired me when I was younger.

Kahlil Gibran - the prophet (written more than 50 years ago, poetic, important)

Johnathan Livingston Seagull (recent, from the eyes of a seagull, life as a spiritual being)

Robert Heinlein - For us the Living (his last book released 90's after his death, fantasy glimpse into a futuristic utopian society from someone falling into it with the mindset of 1945 american.)

Joel Osteen - Your best life now (recent, written by pastor of a very popular church broadcast on TV from Houston with a very wise point of view on life that is easy to get)

Rich dad Poor dad - (guy who's name I cant remember, who learned by contrast between his poor dad and his friends dad who got rich through will and smarts)

I think I've covered most of the truely important areas of life
hope it does something for you

"The Wealthy Barber" is a valuable lesson on how to save money. Granted it is not the most noble of motives, but it is one that would serve most teenagers better in the long run.

Tim Dorsey's "Cadilac Beach" might be a bit inappropriate for teenagers, but what the heck. Serge A. Storms is on the trail of some missing gems his grandfather was murdered over. It is a quest to find the killer with several detours into the seemy side of Miami, Serge's own insanity, and a plot to overthrow Castro.

I really enjoyed Stotan! by Chris Crutcher. It's about swimmers, and I'm a swimmer. It inspired me to push myself more during practice. I think it would be pretty inspirational for a lot of athletic teens. In addition, it's a great book.
