I have my email, it was fake. I got phised & they changed my pass. Any way of retriving it?

I'm not sure I get what you are asking, but once you change your password, you should be fine.

You may be able to do a password recovery if that's an option on their website. If that doesn't work, then you should try to send in a query to their customer support team and see what they can do for you. However, unless you can provide some type of proof, I don't know if they'll be able to help you all that well.
Also, just a little word of advice, possibly changing your password regularly and keeping your recovery questions set to to something you'd know the answer to, but nobody else would would help to secure your account, not only on MySpace, but other things as well.

No, thats why Myspace says: "Make sure you use a VALID email address for password retrieval"
