Has anyone read "Building a North American Community?"?

I have to read this for the political science class and write a paper on it...i just finish reading it and i see the intenstions are good but the goals i believe are not going to be accomplished by 2010. anyone have any other input?

The unification of Canada, USA and Mexico as one country had long been entertained in the past for a more effective economic and political cooperation.

Just the title sickens me. That, with the Senate which today sold us out to Mexico and La Raza. I'm off to Barbados and will see y'all in six years once you get things straightened out around here.
