Someone calculated that a sustainable population on the earth is 3 billion. We're already at 6.5 billion and using up the non-renewable resources at an exponential rate. Unless there's 0 birth rate under your scenario, and a reverse to a more "green" way of living, your scenario would be global suicide....

i would totally go for it if i could retain my health and do the stuff i am able to do today. i mean whats the point of living for a thousand years if after 80, you start taking 50 pills a day. i mean is that really "living"? i think not.

soo, if i DID retain my health, i would try to make the world a better place. i place a lot of value on giving back to the community. maybe i'll work on bettering the enviorment. getting rid of hate in the world. problems in africa. SO MUCH TO DO!!! SO LITTLE TIME!! SO LITTLE MONEY!!!

No, I think that too much of it would be wasted knowing that you have that much time. It would probably be too boring, like the life of a giant redwood. I will enjoy the time I get and cherish most of it..
