Unfortunaly, I'm not sure if that can be done. I'd suggest that you try to do a System Restore or run a virus scan instead.
A free virus scanner is AVG and can be found at the link listed below.

Call Microsoft for a replacement CD, Explain what happened, and give them the sticker information, and request a replacement CD, Good luck

Yes it can be done, it will cost for the replacement CD, but at least it will be done Legally.....
OR
Borrow the Server CD Set and Install, using your key off of the Sticker Information, That would Work....
