I can't tell you where to get one in CA.,but I can tell you where you can get one by mail order. They have about 35 birthday designs that you can customize.

get a cheap greeting card printing software program and it should have one that you can pringt on your printer but you need to use the dot matrix where the paper is attached in one long piece, but folded into a box
