There are a number of different websites on the Internet that offer MySpace graphics, templates, and layouts. You can, however use HTML to build on yourself.
There are websites online that offer HTML tutorials and things like that. If you're interested, I'd suggest that you simply search for an HTML tutorial or layout for your page on Yahoo! or Google.

study CSS. Cascading type Sheet. study up slightly on the myspace structure. and performance flow at it. For rather professional layouts, lookup the thanks to make DIV layouts. understanding HTML rather helps too.
