Yes you can, especially if you listen carefully to it. It is the still soft voice that lets you know what is right and wrong in the caos of life. It is that friend in the background saying "are you sure" without any judgemental advice.
It is a life force that everyone has and many learn to ignore.
Listen carefully and steer a safe and exciting path through life

No.
The conscience is a term that describe a variety of beliefs that we have that attributes labels such as right and wrong to the world. Some of those instances have no basis in reality or rational thought.
The conscience is often things that we have been spoonfed throughout life without ever assessing the validity of those judgments.
As most of us form a conscience in childhood, when the conscience is active we are actually thinking from the perspective of a child.
Our adult problems are based on our childhood conscience formation. The conscience learns "don't talk to strangers". It is precisely the avoidance of strangers that makes resolving conflict difficult. Treating others as strangers rather than friends is a sure way to have a world that lack peace.
The conscience can also be referred to as the "itty bitty sh*tty committee". The conscience is merely the way that we can torture ourselves endlessly over the course of our lives.

Yes, you have to trust your conscience. If you don't you're going to spend your life letting others making decisions for you and being walked all over. Your conscience gives you that first initial instinct on what is right or wrong. If you don't trust it, what do you have to base your decisions on? What others say? If you can't trust yourself, you can't trust anyone else.

your conscience is a product of your upbringing and social conditioning.
if you feel at peace with yourself(having a clear conscience) with the things that you've done then you're on the right track, if you've feel uneasy with what you've done(something weighing heavy on your conscience) then you're not.
then there's a group of people who have 'killed' their conscience or are so good at fooling themselves that it might as well be dead, well!!! there is no way to tell for them.
"Let your conscience be your guide."- Jimminy Cricket.
good luck!!

Yes. I think we have a sense of what is right and wrong and when we do something wrong we should know it. That's why we feel bad when we do something wrong and good when we do something right

Yes you can because it's the voice that tells you what's wrong. It knows what's right and wrong. It guides even if we don't like it.
