My friend said that swallowing vaginal fluid can give me something called "vaginitis?" Is this true?

Yeah, you can get thrush, basically. But its unlikely unless the girl is in the middle of, coming down from, or about to break out with a yeast infection... from what I understand anyway. If the girl is clean, you don't have a lot to worry about.

Vaginitis is vaginal inflammation. You don't have a vagina, so I really doubt you have anything to worry about. However, sexually transmitted diseases can be transmitted in vaginal secretions, so be careful. Maybe use a dental dam.

The vaginitis is an inflamation of the vagina. Unless YOU have one, you can't get it. You can get all sorts of infections if the person was infected.

unless your mouth is a vagina.... i dont think so... vaginitis literally means, inflammation of the vagina.....
you may well pick up other nasties such as herpes, gonorrhoea and the bacterias that cause vaginitis....
