You car suffers from a split personality and needs to grow up. The cure is that you should take it to the psychiatry and have a mental tuned up.
On second thought, I guess you'll need it too.

Sounds like a new car.
The reason I say this, is it seems to not have matured yet.
You may want to have the muffler fixed, it sounds like it has a leaky muffler bearing.
