well, usually if I'm down it's b/c my heart is broken...so, I have various steps,LOL. I start with the crying my eyes out phase which undoubtedly has a lot of Vern Gosdin and Pink Floyd in it.I(Strange mix, I know) Then, I move to the truly pissed off phase which is almost solely Metallica, then as I start to chill and get beyond the gut wrenching, heart stomping pain, I mellow out and grab the Eagles, James Taylor, etc...
Ya know, I'm always willing to sing you just about anything that helps, baby!!!! :D
