Genocide-The deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group. 1944, apparently coined by Polish-born U.S. jurist Raphael Lemkin in his work "Axis Rule in Occupied Europe" [p.19], in reference to Nazi extermination of Jews, lit. "killing a tribe," from Gk. genos "race, kind" (see genus) + -cide, from L. -cidere "kill," comb. form of caedere "to cut, kill" (see concise). The proper formation would be *genticide.
As for Isolophobic...I could find no meaning for the word.

Genocide means the wiping out of a whole group of people.
e.g. the native americans (indians) were killed and killed by the americans. they weren't completely wiped out, but it was attempted genocide...
isolophobic... i have no idea. sounds like a phobia...

genocide is when a specific group (usually politically motivated) decides to kill off a certain race of people. Usually genocide is synonymous with "ethnic cleansing".
