if u have such an extensive collection you definately should put an ad in your local paper try to sell them as a package i think you will get the best money that way as for a price it all depends but i would advise 3 -5 dollars a piece where i live they are 5 bucks used but definately try the newspaper first u might be able to pass them on to another person who will apperciate "your" collection good luck

Between $3-5 a piece, depending upon where you live. Many video stores charge $7 or less for the used DVD's and you want to stay lower and competitive with their prices if you want to make a sale.

It depends on where you live. If you live in the Northeast or out west, you could charge more. I live in the South and I would charge (if you want to get rid of them) $2-3 per movie. Maybe $1 a piece for the less popular ones. If they aren't selling, don't be afraid to drop your price to get rid of them.

Good Luck!

Oh my god, My eyes just lit up then.
I guess it depends, if you want them all to go quickly i would have them quite cheap. As video shops usually sell ex rentals cheap, you would want them to be cheaper than them. I suggest checking out your local video stores and see what prices they are selling ex rentals in your area and under cut them so they are a bargain. Other option is to put them into bundles so they are sold in groups, people will still ask to seperate them if they are really keen on a movie. It allows you to bargain with them as there isn't a set price and they already feel you have done them a favour by selling individually.
Or even better just donate them to me..He!he!

Don't charge to much for 'em or they will see them look at the price tag and put it back down. lol sadly I know from my own yard sale experiences. Just charge a few dollars, and take the best price they offer.
