What happens if a person dies and they don't have a will or anything?

Like where do they get buried and what do they do with the person?

Any relation can claim a part of the estate, but the closest relatives usually must see to the burial.

The family will make the decisions about the remains.
The property of the deceased could to to the State. This is called Intestate succesion.
