In my opinion the best league in the world is the Serie A and right behind it is La Liga.

The most toughest league would be the Italian Serie A
followed by the Barclays English Premier League.

definitely la liga. They are the only league where even the mid table clubs are also doing well in european cup competitons... They also have a very close league table which proves that the quality of football is much closer from team to team. There are still 5 teams that can win the league.. In the EPL there were only two front-runners, Seria-A Inter was in their own league!!!

La Liga because they are the deepest. Their top 3 are as strong as any other leagues. And who was in the final of the UEFA cup? 2 Spanish sides.
