Everyone that has AIDs should automatically beforced to get a tatoo when they are disgnosed at the hospital. the tattoo would say AIDS in big bold letters on their forehead.

This is will prevent them from purposely infecting others.

Then no one would ever get checked because of the fear of embarrassment, because I'm assuming not too many AIDS sufferers would like every person they meet knowing they have AIDS. Then people who wouldn't normally give others AIDS on purpose would be doing so unknowingly. Which would certainly get more people infected than without your cruel little tattoo idea.

And, then we can tatoo the foreheads of all the people who want to classify groups of people by tatoo with big bold letters that would say "DOOFUS". Wear a condom and you won't get AIDS on purpose or by accident.

sure, but try explaining to the people that the risk of tattoo infections will cause their already fragile immune systems to be overwhemed.

They'd die before anythig else happened.

Yes, they should be registered, and that information available to Civil Authority. That is about it.
