people bought there gas on the 14th or the 16th, or every other day of the year, its funny that people thought that this was going to work.

Good heavens, not buying fuel just one day won't make a difference at all. A tank of gasoline lasts me three months, sometimes four, (I don't go anywhere unless I absolutely have to :)), so if people could do without it that long or longer, it might make a difference, but almost everyone in the country would have to participate. I'd like to see that just to find out what would happen. Nobody will go for it, though.

ill tell you what happened,those biggoted morons that control the oil prices per barrel do not care about the car driving public,everytime the price of gas goes up they point fingers,just like little kids,i didnt do it,so and so did it!they look for every little excuse to raise the price of gas,and did you notice,they always raise it just before a holiday and the summer season! theyre all money hungry a**holes!

What happened was everyone filled their tanks and gas cans

It could never have worked. Even if we didn't buy gas for a week, they could triple their prices and we would have to buy it.
