I saw where someone is selling 8x10 reproduction copies of pictures on eBay. The pictures they are selling can be downloaded from the internet.

In general, no. But if this is something like a Mona Lisa picture, nobody comes knokcing on your door.

Unless you purchase a liscense from the photographer, or you find it in a free archive.

It depends whether or not the images are copyrighted
