Physically, there is nothing unhealthy about masturbation. It is a perfectly valid way to release the sexual tensions that your body, as designed by God, is building up in you.
The Bible doesn't say a lot about the subject. There's one story about a guy named Onan who "spilled his seed on the ground." He was condemned, though, because in his culture, his brother had died without children, and he was obligated to provide an heir for his brother, so that his brother's wife could be taken care of. Onan refused to do this for a reason that the text assumes is understood - probably he wanted to keep his brother's widow as a concubine. That's why Onan was punished, but his name has become a byword for masturbation because we misunderstand the text.
Beyond that, references are kind of fuzzy. There's not any place I'm aware of in the Bible that someone can point to and say conclusively, "This means masturbation beyond a shadow of a doubt."
The best solution for you is to eliminate as many hangups about this as you can. Even if you can stop masturbating completely, you will have nocturnal emissions, so this part isn't really a choice. Your body will find release.
Stop looking at the porn. That's clearly a choice you're making. If you find yourself looking at the porn, stop. You always have the choice to stop looking at porn. It's giving you a lot of bad messages about body image. It's also making you unsatisfied, the easier to part you from your cash at some future date. Drop the porn.
Believe you me, if God was going to keep masturbators out of Heaven, there would be no one there. No one. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. It only seems such a huge problem to you because your brain is drenched with hormones, and it's all a person can do to hold up under hormones.
The way that you forgive yourself is the way you will forgive others.

Sounds like you're human. Stop making promises you aren't going to keep. Many people in many religions do things outside of the human-made rules. As Bill Maher says, No human can tell another human what happens after death. No human can tell you what God is saying. Luther (during the renasainse (sp?) moved away from the Catholic religion after discovering about 100 hypocracies of the Catholic church by the highes religious authorities. Before that he was a devote monk.

Well, we like to think God is made to our own image. I'm not the most religious person, yet I believe in God, and I don't think he's bound to our human perceptions. To my knowledge, there are only a limited set of things that get you banned from Heaven:
1. Killing a person (oneself included)
2. Willingly swear in the name of God of false things (making a promise does not count, so you still have hope)
3. Having other deities than him
Be always mindful, that you are only a human. You're imperfect. That is no excuse to WILLINGLY start wrongdoing, but as far as a human being, you are not a killer, or a blasphemer, or a heathen. Sounds your odds are still quite good so far.

Ask God for forgiveness then you are supposed to stop doing it. The problem is that we do have free-will and sometimes thathas a way of getting in the way. God will not send you to hell for this, but you really need to stop. If you can't then I would suggest getting a woman or some proffessional help. You are not alone with your problem.

I believe in God and Christ, but I do not necessarily believe in going to church or praying on a certain schedule. God is everywhere, sometimes I can feel him and the world feels good. I've done some horrible things myself, I mean HORRIBLE. Sometimes I think about them and I feel like crying because I can't believe I did them. But God is forgiving. Just have faith in Him and in yourself and everything will be all right. Just wake up in the morning and say to yourself, "God is with me, I can achieve anything I want."
Believe that you can stop, honestly and truly believe that you CAN stop, and you will.
Do not think that you are perverted or sick, you're human, and you make mistakes, like we all do. I wish you the best of luck with all my heart.

**** away and don't worry so much -- the comandments are about adultry and coveting. don't have sex with your neighbors wife and don't spank the monkey thinking about your neighbors wife either. pornography in a big way can be argued against because it is objectifying a human -- humans are gods creatures and not meant to be reduced to an object for you to **** to. but the wanking thing was all added to religion by a bunch of people that thought life shouldn't be any fun and that isn't what christianity is supposed to be about.
by the way the philosophy behind a the judeo/christian god is the concept of forgiveness. ask your god to forgive you and ask him for further guidance go from there.

A Christian seeks consolation in their weakness in the revelation that whatever our own broken promises might be, that God remains faithful to his promises to us-- and God's promise, ratified in revelation of Christ, is that neither sin or death, our faults or our weakness, have the last word-- the last word is God's, and his ultimate word to humanity is forgiveness and peace.

He died for us "as" we were sinners and sinning, for all our sins past present and future. Remember there are no perfect people ?
Just say "I'm sorry" and "mean it" ask him for His help, then move on and don't look back. He knows we are weak, that's "why" He died for us !
