Well, there's these little things called 'laws' and the 'Constitution' that regulate how and when officials can be removed. If it's that important to you, go read the rules and try to work with them for whatever goal you like. Bear in mind that you do have to get other people to go along with the idea.
(Hint: In 200+ years a lot of people older and smarter than you have apparently decided that one doesn't simply toss out leaders based on every little temper tantrum. Maybe they had a reason for that.)

We can fire all of them. The problem is getting everyone on the same page. Not everyone wants to see there dear old senators (some of them litterally) go. But if you could rally the young people, I mean people between 18-35 to vote everyone out of office, it could be done.

This is not the business world. Vote them out on election day. Maybe all of us don't want all elected officials gone.

We could but we have something we can count on, we know these crooks. We elected them. It is just another way to make new crooks. Some of the new citizens could be just plain terrorist, who really knows.

we CAN FIRE elected officials - by refusing to re-elect them. Not all states have this, but in some states, you can have a special RECALL ELECTION - to "FIRE" an ELECTED OFFICIAL.
