Well, unless you know the email server personally, you're probably out of luck.

You don't. Once it's sent, it's on its way to the main server, and will probably be delivered before you can blink your eyes a few times. There is no way to retrieve or remove it from the recipient's mailbox.

Did you send something for which you are now regretful ?
