The best way to say I love you with out using words is of course by your actions, which is better than using words. Words are often meaningless anyway as they require very little effort.

If you want to know if you love someone or not, sit down in front of them and stare into their eyes, if you can feel your soul moving within you, you love this person.

in my particular situation...my b/f and I work differing shifts so we don*t get alot of time together during the week, He has an office job, and access to a computer..so he is always sending emails or forwarding some cute little saying. He sacrifices a few minutes of his *supper break* and calls me nightly. If he gets time and opportunity he will hand write a letter...and play Mr. mailman...(dropping it off on a stool sitting on my front porch with a small block to hold it in place) on his way home from work for me to find when I go out the next day. If I*m on day shift...and cook supper...I*ll fix a plate and he*ll come by after work to pick it up. I like to send him cards thru land mail to break the monotony of always getting *bills*. I call and leave a message on his answering service welcoming him home to his own home,,,wishing him a good evening/night*s rest, etc....valentine*s day a year ago I pulled a good one on him....the driveway out to his house is approx. 1 mile long....I started at the main road and strategically placed balloons, streamers, and signs, all the way to his front door...his 85year old father who lives there also got a kick out of it. I*m always telling him that I love you MORE..AND he made the mistake one time to many of telling me to prove it....took alot of comtemplation...and even more nerve but I think I was victorious....you know how it was once where the *male* would ask permission of the *female*s parents to ask her to marry him? Well......seeing that his mother is deceased I had to rule that one out...female to female...I called his father and asked him if we could get together for supper or something..that I needed to talk to him. I simply told him that I was in love with his son, and I didn*t know where the relationship was going but WOULD HE ACCEPT ME AS A DAUGHTER IN LAW? He answered yes. I then explained about *proving* the above to his son...he loved it.

warm up a bubble bath for your lover, then cook dinner and pour a glass of white wine, then give your lover a message, look them in the eyes and give them a soft gentle kiss on the lips and then hold her/him in your arms and watch the sunset/sunrise/moon light together.

In my case, it's doing things that make my loved ones happy without being asked. For example, making my husband's lunch to take to work or bringing my kids to my mother's house for an unexpected (but always welcome) visit.

Actions speak louder than words. Do something special, buy a gift, cook a dinner, do their laundry , wash their car, do their shopping. thats true love. words mean nothing.
