To the faq who said that Brett Favre, Peyton and Eli Manning, and Matt Leinart are overrated...your knowledge is overrated.
Leinart has only played one year after putting together the greatest college career of all time. Peyton just won a Super Bowl and is the best QB by far in the NFL. Eli has been solid when you compare him to anyone but Peyton. In fact, because of the comparisions to Peyton everyone underrates him. Don't tell me that Tiki Barber had all of that running room because defenses don't respect the opposing QB. I'd like to see you throw one TD pass with Jerry Rice and Marvin Harrison as your recievers with only two people on defense. NOT HAPPENING. And to say that Bubba Franks is a solid player is laughable. If Favre had a good TE maybe his stats would be better. The guy just wins.
The most overrated QB in the NFL is Tony Romo because he just leaches off Owens, Glenn, and Witten's talent.

I think Michael Vick is the most overpaid QB but he has never had an offensive coach who understood how to draft Offensive Linemen and receivers and to craft an offensive scheme to take advantage of Vick's talents.
I knew a lot of people would say Brett Favre. What other starting QB played behind an OL that started two rookies?
I think the most overrated QB is Matt Hasselbeck. He is a great guy but I think he gets impatient and nervous in the pocket. He certainly has one of the great RB (Shaun Alexander), had one of the great offensive lines, a nifty receiving corps, a good defense, and a great coach and offensive scheme but he gets impatient and nervous in the pocket and his arm strength isn't terrific. The Seahawks should have won two Superbowls in the last 5 years but they didn't because of Hasselbeck.

Eli Manning. I don't think he should even be a starter.
"I think it is Phillip Rivers. I mean this guy makes it to the pro bowl over Brady? He has LT people!"
As for that... Rivers is not overrated. He had one of the highest completion and QB rating in the league last year. He was perfect on 4th down too. Rivers is a good QB.

mike vick. he gets paid almost a hundred million dollars because he is a pure representative of black athletes. im black to be honest and i really lik him. he smokes weed is blazing fast and cant throw the ball. im not bein racist or anythin but there is no such thing as a record breaking black qb besides the first african american qb to win a superbowl sorry peeps. everyone gets hyped over vick because he goes out the pockets and scrambles for 10 or 11 yards. or became the first qb to rush for a thousand yards in a wile. if thats the case make him a running back. mike vick is a halfback personating a qb. definately the most overated

Eli Manning, Brett Favre, and Michael Vick all overrated for reason all of their own. But Manning will be the most disappointning qb in history because he's a pathetic scumbag who thought he was too good for San Diego, but seriously Manning will never win anything in his life and everytime he plays in an opposing team stadium he should be booed.

One guy comes to mind.....VICK. His completion percentage is not much better last year than when he first entered the league. Dont give me that garbage about not having lineman, they lead the league in rushing or are in the top five nearly every year so it is NOT the O-line. The WR arent good but he has one of the top three TEs in the league. Come on the guy goes thru one read and is ready to run. WAYYYYY overrated.
Oh yeah come on guys lay off Favre (Super Bowl ring and 3 time MVP) and lay off BRADY (three super bowl rings) if you are saying that then you either are just jealous, or ignorant.

Well,
I think it is Phillip Rivers. I mean this guy makes it to the pro bowl over Brady? He has LT people! Heck, I could go play with LT and go 10-6........ok maybe not but you get the point. Not to mention their DE-FFENSE is not too shabby either. Can you honestly tell me that this team would not have gone to the superbowl with Breese? Look what he did with what he had in New Orleans. NCF championship game. I truly believe Phillip Rivers is the most over rated QB in the league. Hands down.
