what if any value good condtion with 13 stars around her face. and who face is it half crown she has her hair pulled up in bun

The 1853 large cent is the Braided Hair type 1839-1857. It's mintage was 6,641,131. In grade good it is valued at $18.50-the coin is considerably worn but Liberty can be read. It is worth $23 in fine-hairlines at top of head and behind ear worn but visable,ear clear. These values are about what a dealer would pay.
