Actually no. The Myth Busters actually proved if you run through the rain you actually collect more water (get wetter) than if you just walked through the same amount of rain. So unless there was just a drop or two it wouldn't make a difference.

No. In fact a study I read when I was in college, said you get
just as wet running through the rain as you do walking briskly
and directly from point a to point b.

Yes it is, I do it all the time. If the right raindrops are picked to run between. You will still get wet from the other drops.
