I am doing a debate on this topic in speech class and I have to argue that fast food is a health hazzard. I do agree that fast food is a health hazzard, but I'm having toruble narrowing my arguments down to 5 strong points. So can you please provide 5 good reasons why fast food should be considered a health hazzard

you'll live longer, you'll feel better while your alive, you will have more positive energy mentally, it will give you a chance to actually go to dinner and enjoy eating slowly, and you won't have indigestion

Fast food is just a part of the problem with the hazzards that face people daily. People use to grow thier own food in past generations, and died at the age of 45! People use to get up to change the channel on the TV, and they died at the age of 80. Now people are sitting on our ***, changing the channel by remote control(and will spend more time looking for the remote than it takes to change the channel manualy), ordering food to be delivered, over the internet, and we are yet to see what happens to us!

Fast food is a hazard. They cause diabetes, heart disease, thyroid problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and the preservatives can cause many more unspeakable diseases. But you can find alternatives. Follow this rule
Meats chicken, fish, turkey
Salads.....fat free condiments
Veggies and Fruits
Oatmeal and whole wheat products
Eating these on a regular basis is what I do.
My motto is if it can't fly, swim or grow don't eat it. It is a change in lifestyle not a diet.

Yes to an extend. They should have calories pamphlets and some healthy choices available on the menu. But they are fast food restaurants, therefore the consumer needs to be responsible for the choices they make when they purchase their meals.
