Very gentle persuasion and careful planning and prepping
there are never problems there are only solutions .On a
very new door I enjoy taking all the time in the world to make sure The Entrance is not harmed or marred..The Exit well that is another excellent opportunity for an enhanced solution..

Depends on the door.
If it's a solid core wooden door, run a plane over the top and side away from the hinges...take a millimetre of so off
If it's a hollow core door, sand the top and far side edges, and round the corners slightly.

You have to use the proper lubrication to ease into the doors slowly. You cant just ram into them because you might hurt something.
