Hand Sanitizer Or Soap & Water?

Soap and Water. Only use Hand Sanitizer when I not near some water.

Soap and water, I wash my hands like a million times a day. Hand sanitizer doesn't really get rid of germs, as much as soap and water.

I prefer soap and water. I work at a hospital and they tell us to use soap and water as much as possible. they supply the sanitizer and they say it's good for about 8 uses. It gets sticky and yucky after repeated use.

I just think about how I would rather have my doctor/surgeon actaully washing his/her hands before touching me rather than just rubbing on some santizer.

** my great great grandfather was an old country doctor. He use to say that with enough soap and water you could scrub the devil out of anything. He would go into people homes and litterally scub them down with S&W when the entire family ahd been ill or they had multiple deaths. He knew back then the importance of cleanliness.

I prefer soap and water but when it isn't available (like in my car) I go for the hand sanitizer.

Both. Soap and water, first, and then hand sanitizer. (Have you seen what a bar of soap looks like after everyone uses it before you? )

I prefer soap and water. To me, it seems cleaner. If I am on the go, hand sanitizer. I keep a bottle in my purse.

Soap and water. I only use the hand sanitizer when the other isn't at hand.
