That would depend on the furation, market, and station.

Call the station you want to run the ad on and ask.

Depends on the market size, time of day (Morning drive gets the highest rate), the stations ratings (#1 station can get more than last place), the season (Holidays like Xmas and 4th of July cost more), the personality (someone like Opie and Anthony would get more than the overnight guy)

If you are putting an ad on a New York City station where a potential 14 million people could hear it, you're going to pay $1000 or more for a 30 second ad. (Of course it would be $1000 for everytime it pays.)

Now if you are in a town with 15,000 people, it could be $5 for a 30.

depends on market and time of day and type of station. Country music, religous and adult contemporary are the more popular formats. Morning and afternoon drive are the highest level of listeners, larger markets would cost more. And avertisting during national shows (national shows must allows a few spots for local advertisers, so each market would ahave a minimal amount of spots to sell.) such as Rush Limbaugh, Dr. Laura or Glenn Beck are going to be more costly also.
