Good weather means fireworks, bad weather means cancellation of fireworks and rescheduling until the next night.

Fireworks inside would cause a severe fire, which would mean firemen and fire engines and a localized disaster. Not a good mix and certainly not fun nor entertaining.

Absolutely not. Google/Yahoo the White Riot concert in Rhode Island when they set off pyrotechnics inside. Granted this is a worse case scenario, but it didn't happen too long ago.

Maybe sparklers... I wouldn't advise much else, most fireworks are like little bombs.
