Ok, you just do multiplication of fractions. Put whole numbers over 1 and cancel.
Alternatively, divide the whole number by the denominator of the fraction and multiply that by the numerator.

Multiplication by fraction. Quite easy
Here are the solutions with correct steps:
1. (5/6) th of 36 = (5/6) * 36 = (5 * 6 ) = 30
2. (2/7) th of 56 = (2/7) * 56 = (2 * 8) = 16.
3. (5/8) th of 24 = (5/8) * 24 = (5 * 3) = 15
4. (9 / 10) th of 50 = (9 / 10).* 50 = (9 * 5)= 45
5. (2/3) rd of 30 = (2/3) * 30 = (2 * 10) = 20
6. (3/8) th of 64 = (3/8) * 64 = (3 * 8) = 24.
Is it clear now?
If so, gimme 10 points
If not, keep it with you!!

The way to think about these problems is as follows:
For the first problem, take one-sixth of 36. That's 6.
However, you have five of those. So take 5*6. That's 30.
For the second problem, take one-seventh of 56. Thats 8.
However, you have two of those. So take 2*8. That's 16.
That's the basic method on how to do these. Yeah, others have posted the full list of answers, but I felt it was important to try to show *why* this stuff works.

At least have the backbone to say these questions are for YOU. Any average student could take a calculator out and multiply the fraction by the whole number. If you can't sit down for 30 seconds and do those problems but log in to answers, type a ?, and wait for a response, you've got a problem.
