You can find a lot of cha-cha samples on http://www.ballroomdancers.com

I like "Chilly Cha Cha" by Jessica Jay
"Cuentame" by Chucci Feat
"Muevelo" by Rey Ruiz
"Sway" is a slower cha-cha, but it's good. Here is the original version by Dean Martin: http://www.last.fm/music/Dean+Martin/_/Sway

If you want something contemporary and popular, try Pussycat Dolls - "Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps," or "Sway". But work at the right tempo, although they don't have an explicit "cha cha cha" beat in them.
