Looking for your opinions on ease of tuning, performance, etc.
What modifications do you have? Intake, exhaust, etc.
Curious also what your settings are after final tuning with your combination of parts.

Not looking for suggestions to buy a different unit. I have this, and did not want a Power Commander. I want to compare my findings/feelings with someone else's, not a testimonial from the website. (Real world stuff)

I've got one on my VN1500 Kawasaki. For my application I saw no need in a PC, and the DFO seemed like a good alternative. I'm very satisfied. It works extremely well, was easily installed and is very easy to use.

The settings suggested by Techlusions were close, but I've gone a shade richer across the board and so far so good. I'm still getting in the mid 40's for MPG, got a dark brown plug color, no popping when downshifting and good throttle response across the whole rpm range.

I haven't done a lot of engine/fuel system mods to the bike, just a set of V&H baggers, a K&N filter in place of the stock one and I have removed the fresh air return 'reed valves' on each cylinder.

Call me a satisfied customer!

they are all good. they all serve a purpose and will increase performance etc. one thing i do know is it is pointless to increase any performance on the injection if you dont improve air flow thru the bike. the amount of air taken in and let go is as important. the tech boxes are a pot tuner just like any of them you piggy back to your bike. open your intake and your exhaust then take it to a dealership or dyno tech and have it tuned. if not your just making a mess wont achieve much. have you ever checked online about running piggy back to your ecm? anyway i tune upto six bikes a week and when the bikes come in with bad ecms or no fire at all, the first thing i usually find is a piggyback tuner. talk to a tuner.
